Next to the Etoile, close to the avenue des Ternes and Marechal Juin place, this is the place David Cheleman and Delphine, his wife, decided to install Aux Saveurs du Marché. An elegant bistro, where the safely tasted french traditional food is made with passion and creativity. David Cheleman is a young chief who used to work for: Le Relais du Parc, La Table du Marché and then in restaurants like la Guinguette de Neuilly, La Méditerranée and finally le Petit Poucet... On May 16 2001, he created his first restaurant in Neuilly, Aux saveurs du marché, today recommended by the main gourmet guides and food critics: Michelin guides, udlo, Lebey, Gault et Millau, the english one Saxon Zagat, without forgotting the two hearts awarded by the Figaroscope, the enthusiastic reviews from Jean-Luc Petitrenaud from Europe 1 and to finish in 2010 the first star from the Bottin Gourmand. Seven years later, Aux saveurs du marché is moving to Paris 17, next to neuilly, where its faithful and larger and larger customers will be able to sit in this 80 seats and 30 seats outside. With this new location, Aux saveurs du marché still managed by David Cheleman will be able to pursue its aims end stay faithful to its commitments: a perfect quality for fresh products, a menu with products from the season and according to the market delivery, a warm reception, and an attentive service always managed by Delphine; but also products coming from responsible farming. Aux saveurs du marché is granted with the label: "nouvelles valeurs" which one certifies the content of the plates and of the glasses is the result of strict requirements and is at the disposal of ecology and traceability.
